"...The new classrooms are all in place at Madison-Plains Local Schools. With their color coordinated exteriors — each group have been tinted to match the “bricks and mortar” — they blend right in, said Geoffrey Beane, middle school principal. Though the masonry crew was laying up block on a beautiful-day Friday, their presence made almost no impact on the business of learning. No obtrusive noises clamored in the ears of the social studies students in room number six of the middle school.

Beane was visibly excited about the construction project. He feels the new classrooms will be a welcome improvement. When viewed from the corner of Linson Road and state Route 38, the new classrooms bear no resemblance to “trailers” as has been stated by the apparent opposition to the project.

Boone Hall, superintendent said Friday the board of education will hold an “open house” to show the community the quality of the buildings in which the students of the district will continue learning...."
